I had the opportunity to speak with the owner of the company as well as the owner of the home, and got the opportunity to inspect the new ProVia windows being installed into the home.As of August, 2021, I have had eight ProVia windows installed into my home by the JAG Exterior, LLC company. Sean, owner of JAG Exteriors, LLC was flexible and easy to work with finding a date/time that worked for my schedule. Hardie lap siding, 24 windows, new gutters, 2 new back doors, a new front storm door and installed new front lighting in my 2 story house. Sean's attention to detail, communication, and care for quality of work showed from the beginning. He provided me with weekly updates, when product was ordered, and any delays. He provided window design ideas and gave me lap siding sample styles and colors. When the project started, Sean was at our house constantly, making sure everything was going to plan. He checked in with his contractors, provided them water, and made adjustments to our install if he felt anything was inadequate. His contractors were hard working, they spent several 12-hour days in 90 degree weather to ensure the project was completed on time. Sean allowed us to make some adjustments to the exterior lighting mid project. Thanks to Sean and his crew, I have one of the best looking houses on my block! It was great working with him!
